I coach teams and individuals, design and deliver management and leadership training, give psychometric and 360 feedback, and I work with talent to develop high performance leadership behaviours.
My background started in Production Engineering and Works Engineering where I was responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities and its production plant.
After a few years of project management in implementing new working practices, lean manufacturing and re engineering supply chains I found myself drifting toward HR. After around 3 years working in this space I moved into Talent and Leadership development.
I pride myself on been serious about my own development, which started with an MBA, a coaching programme at Ashridge, and getting accreditations to administer and deliver psychometric tools. I regularly engage in further CPD, coaching supervision and a member of a community of practice.
Husband and Dad to sporty boys, I blog and tweet about their sport, and when I get the time I ride bikes and play hockey (after a 16 year gap!).
